Vettel still persists in Ferrari

Sebastian Vettel believes that Ferrari still needs a "last step" to be able to fight for the F1 title from start to finish of the championship. The # 5 closed 2018 with the runner-up.

Finally, Sebastian made an overall assessment of the 2018 season and felt it was too short for Ferrari to have any more solid chances.
