The new design of the Bavaria brand. Video shows motorcycle driving alone

If you think that it is still a few years before autonomous vehicles arrive in the market then the video above may change your mind. The video in question shows BMW's autonomous driving technology applied to a motorcycle, a project developed by the Motorrad division of the German company.From the video next it is evident that the bike is capable of unleashing itself but, contrary to what one would expect, BMW does not seem to want to sell motorbikes autonomously. The Verge says that BMW Motorrad's goal is for this technology to support drivers, providing added stability in critical situations.
Although the technology needs some more work to be implemented in BMW Motorrad bikes, it is possible that the system helps make these two-wheeled vehicles safer.
