Tarquini stronger in qualifying

After two practice sessions where we saw the Honda apparently stronger, in qualifying (when it matters most), it was Hyundai to give letters. The Korean machines were the strongest and pole discussion was made between Michelisz and Tarquini, with the latter smiling at the end. Muller closed the Top3 accounts, 100% Hyundai.Aurélien Comte again showed that the 308 TCR are on the right track and made the fourth best record, ahead of Oriola, also in good shape. After the good performances in Vila Real, the Spaniard seems to want to maintain the level. Guerrieri was sixth (better Honda), followed by Bjork who will start from the end of the grid by penalty (engine change). Vernay, Colonel and Ehrlacher completed the top 10.For the VW it was a session to forget and the weight they carry has not helped.Tomorrow we will have race 1 in the morning, qualifying two in the afternoon, followed by the race, on a Saturday more crowded than usual.
