TT SHORT SUFFER UPDATE
Audi has officially released all the details of the refurbished Audi TT, which debuts very subtle exterior changes and some improvements in the equipment. A mid-life upgrade that also comes with modifications to the engine offering, which bounces off diesel engines. The exterior improvements are quite light, although it is also true that the design of the Audi TT has borne well over the years. The aesthetic modifications happened especially in the front, where the S-Line now have a design that takes the RS version as a source of inspiration, adding new vertical air intakes, a new design grid and a new bumper.

In addition, the modifications include new side skirts, a redesigned rear bumper and a new diffuser that integrates the dual exhaust, plus alloy wheels up to 20 inches of new design and new exterior tones. In the interior, the modifications are limited to the equipment, which debuts improvements in the configurable digital instrumentation 'Audi Digital Cockpit', in addition to new bucket seats for customers who choose the S-Line configuration.

The equipment includes a variety of roadside assistance, including track maintenance, unintentional track change alert, speed control with limiter and power assisted parking, as well as an optional hi-fi sound system that carries the signature of Bang & Olufsen that stands out by its power.
For the time being the German manufacturer did not give details of the engine offer, although confirming that from now on the offer will be formed only by gasoline engines, which are associated with a particulate filter, according to the new WLTP homologation cycle. The propellers will be coupled to a dual-clutch DSG manual or automatic transmission, but along with the diesel engines they have also bid farewell to quattro all-wheel drive versions. The refurbished Audi TT 2019 will be available in Europe from the second half of this year, with prices ranging from 39,500 euros for the coupe version and 43,000 euros for the convertible.
