HENNESSEY REVELA O SEU SELVAGEM DODGE CHALLENGER SRT DEMON COM 1.070 CV Imagens e fotos de carroHENNESSEY REVEALS HER WILD DODGE CHALLENGER SRT

Following the presentation of the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon and the HPE1000 Camaro's Hennessey HPE1000 'The Exorcist', John Hennessey revealed that they are working to develop a future 1,500 hp version of the Demon. A few months ago, Hennessy showed the tests that were done with the first units they had received from the Dodge model, and after weeks of intense work on these units, the Texan preparer already has the first Dodge Demon Hennessey HPE1000.For the time being, the model that was revealed does not present the announced figure of 1,500 hp, but neither is it that far, as it managed to extract from the supercharged V8 no less than 1,070 hp and 1,311 Nm of maximum torque, which is not bad at all compared to the power of the original model: 819 hp with conventional fuel and 851 hp in case of having the optional ECU and using 100 octane competition gasoline.

At the moment this kit receives the usual denomination HPE1000, that makes reference to the power, but it is expected that Hennessey reveals at any moment a version more vitaminized, that reaches the 1,500 hp promised.

The first tests of the Demon HPE1000 show a considerable increase of the yield. The Dodge announced an acceleration of 0 to 60 miles per hour in only 2.3 seconds for the Demon and only 9.65 seconds to complete the quarter mile, which has not yet been achieved by any Demon users on any drag strip. According to Hennessey, the new HPE1000 Demon was already measured at 9.38 seconds in the quarter mile and to complete the 0-60 mph (0-96 km / h) needed only 1.93 seconds. Simply extreme.Hennessey has not yet talked about pricing, but it's clear that being a limited-edition model, with only 3,000 units for the United States and another 300 for Canada, the copies modified by Hennessey will be rare and scarce. In the video below we can see part of the tests of the new Demon HPE1000.
