The sporty Mercedes-AMG G 63 is also available, and completes the offer in the high part thanks to its gasoline V8 engine that delivers 585 hp.Mercedes-Benz is aware of the current situation of the new G Class and is already working on new versions that will soon appear on the market. According to information in the market, in no time will be introduced the first diesel option for the new G Class. This is the G 350d version.The German manufacturer will continue to rely on diesel for its flagship all-terrain. Taking into account that in certain market niches, as in Europe, diesel remains a very valid option and that is why the G 350d will arrive. Its presentation is scheduled for the end of this year and the brand will begin accepting orders for this new version as of December.The production of the new Mercedes-Benz G Class diesel will also begin in December, but the first deliveries will be made from next March 2019, coinciding with the celebration of the next edition of the Geneva Motor Show. Recalling that recently the production of the new G Class has begun. This model is manufactured by Magna Steyr at its facilities in Graz (Austria).Under the hood of the G 350d there will be a 3.0-liter in-line six-cylinder engine. This mechanic was introduced for the first time with the latest update suffered by the Mercedes-Benz S Class. In the case of the luxury sedan of the German brand, it is offered with up to 340 hp of power. It will be associated with an automatic transmission and a total 4Matic traction system.
