THE CAR THAT WANTS TO EXCEED 500 KM / H
The Geneva Motor Show is going around the corner, and with it will come a lot of news, but not all of them will come through well-known brands. One of them will be Corbellati Missile, a hypercarro manufactured by an Italian family company that arrives with high expectations. He wants to make Missile the fastest car in the world. The company wants to transfer all of its expertise in the manufacture of works of art and jewelry to the world of four wheels, creating, in its own words, "a car of unique performance and design, as are the jewels." So much so that in addition to Geneva this car will also be in the Top Marques de Monaco, one of the most important events among those where luxury predominates.

Going into detail, the new Corellati Missile is a work of art in aerodynamic aspect, something fundamental when talking about a vehicle of such high performance. Both its chassis and its body were manufactured by hand and in carbon fiber, announcing measures of 4.67 meters in length, 2.04 of width - without mirrors - and 1.17 of height. On the other hand, the wheelbase is 2.85 meters, while the height in relation to the ground is reduced by 12 centimeters. To achieve the maximum speed it seeks, which is nothing more and nothing less than 500 km / h, the Corellati Missile hides under its body a brutal 9.0-liter V8 engine, capable of developing a power of 1,800 bhp and torque maximum of 2,350 Nm. The transmission is a six-speed manual transmission and transfers all the force to the ground through the rear axle. In addition, it will also feature a limited slip differential. It is clear that to stop all this power is necessary a system of brakes at the height, in such a way that will feature carboceramic grades of 396 mm and 36 mm thick, in addition to 6-piston monoblock calipers. Also included are 20-inch wheels, which will fit 265/35 tires on the front axle and 345/30 on the rear, while their shock absorbers feature the option to adjust in three different positions.
