NEW DUSTER WILL COME IN BRAZIL IN 2018

After getting to know the new Dacia Duster 2018 in the last Frankfurt Motor Show 2017, now comes the time to know the version that with the Renault emblem is marketed in several markets.The French brand chose the Dubai Motor Show for the launch of the new generation of the Renault Duster, similar to the second-generation Dacia all-terrain, albeit with some modifications ahead to adopt Renault's identity.The main headlights are similar to those used by Dacia, but gain a different format grid, in the style of Renault's latest launches, which includes the brand's logo at its center. In the rear things are virtually similar, with no obvious changes beyond the emblem of the brand, while the alloy wheels are exclusively designed for the Renault model.

Inside the differences between both models is more evident, since the Renault Duster has some modifications in the central console. The central ventilation inlets are double and almost rectangular in shape, while the Dacia has three circular shaped inlets, equal to those located at the ends of the panel.The rest of the interior is similar on both models, including the MediaNav Evolution infotainment system with touch screen, as well as the controls for the automatic climate control, seats and upholstery.For the time being the French brand did not disclose information about its mechanics and its equipment. In this renovation, Dacia Duster debuted some new technologies, such as the blind spot alert system, keyless access, button start, 360 degree view camera, downhill control and ramp assistance, which we also understand will be extensive to the Renault model.
