Renault Rafale Hypnotic Limited Edition

Renault has unveiled the Rafale Hypnotic Limited Edition, an exclusive new version of its flagship SUV coupé, distinguished by a 300 hp E-Tech 4x4 plug-in hybrid powertrain, a striking dark-toned design, and a rich array of premium features.

Limited to just 1,500 numbered units for the entire European market, the new Renault Rafale Hypnotic is based on the 300 hp Rafale Atelier Alpine E-Tech 4x4 model.

It stands out with its exclusive "Forest Black" satin-finish paint, gloss-black exterior details, a black radiator grille, and large 21-inch alloy wheels with a satin finish.

Inside, the Rafale Hypnotic features a specially designed, luxurious cabin with black Alcantara upholstery, contrasting blue, white, and red stitching, and a plaque displaying the vehicle's individual serial number.

Standard equipment includes the "Solarbay" panoramic glass roof with a dimming function, a head-up display, a heated windshield, and a premium Harman Kardon audio system.

The 21-inch wheels feature a satin finish, while the bodywork comes in a satin "Forest Black" and the front end is darker—featuring a black grille. The roof and spoiler are finished in gloss black, accompanied by a black "Atelier Alpine" badge. The exterior design concept aimed to give the car a "sophisticated aesthetic" defined by dark tones and "an exclusive identity that enhances its character."

There are differences inside as well. Notably, each unit produced bears an individual numbered plaque. The upholstery combines Titanium Black Alcantara with black fabric, featuring blue, white, and red stitching. A backlit Alpine "A" logo is present, along with black floor mats and door storage compartments. The upper dashboard incorporates a Titanium Black Alcantara strip, while the door panels feature gloss black inserts with blue, white, and red stitching.

In terms of equipment, the Renault Rafale Hypnotic offers the "Solarbay" sunroof with adjustable opacity, a head-up display, a Harman Kardon premium sound system, and a heated windshield.

Designed as the boldest expression of Rafale, the limited-edition 'hypnotic' takes on an exclusive visual identity that underlines its character. The unique exterior design plays on a dark, sophisticated aesthetic, in which every detail is crafted to accentuate its desirability and on-road presence. Specific styling details include:

Performance is delivered by Renault's 300 hp plug-in hybrid powertrain, which combines an internal combustion engine with three electric motors. According to Renault, the system offers an all-electric driving range of up to 105 km, while all-wheel drive, the 4Control Advanced all-wheel steering system, and predictive adaptive suspension ensure a blend of high performance and long-distance comfort. The Renault Rafale Hypnotic Limited Edition will be available in 14 European markets, including Romania, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and Poland.

Orders open on October 1, 2026, with the first deliveries scheduled for late 2026. In France, the price of the new model starts at €63,550.
