Avator™: the new line Mercury® electric outboard
The Mercury® Avator™ 7.5e electric outboard delivers speed and acceleration performance similar to a 3.5hp internal combustion outboard, making it ideal for a variety of small boats, support boats, and as secondary power on sailboats. Available in rudder and remote steering models, it also features a quick-connect battery and intuitive controls that make setup and operation easy. And with advanced displays and other technologies that monitor battery level and capacity, you have the confidence to explore the waters.

Featuring Avator’s industry-first transverse flux motor technology, which delivers instant torque and reliable, efficient power, the new 75e generates 7500 watts at the prop shaft, which converts to 10 horsepower. The 110e generates 11000 watts at the prop shaft, which converts to 15 horsepower.
Both models are available with digital remote controls for boats with console steering. The 75e is also available with a multi-function tiller handle. The standard power tilt system also makes it easy to raise or lower the outboard for maximum efficiency or to operate in shallow water.
Quick-Connect Battery...The 1 kWh lithium-ion battery has no connecting cables. It slides into place under the hinged top cowl, saving valuable space inside the vessel. Need to go even further? No problem. You can bring a spare battery that can be swapped in seconds.
Multifunctional joystick...The Avator's joystick is designed to allow anyone to take command with confidence. It adjusts up, down, left, or right for comfortable steering in any position or with either hand, and folds down to become a convenient carrying handle.
Digital controls...For console boats, digital remote controls provide instant responsiveness without hesitation. The controls are available in three styles to suit a variety of mounting positions on the center and side consoles.
Cross-flow motor...The industry's first cross-flow motor generates high torque with little effort for rapid acceleration. And with an efficient overall design, you can enjoy full, exciting days on the water.
High-efficiency propeller...Available in three pitches, the Avator's propeller is made of a high-strength, impact-resistant composite material. Its three-blade design has been optimized for efficiency and helps extend battery life.
Range and Run Time...Based on testing with a 13-foot Veer™ V13 vessel (382 lb dry weight), the Avator 7.5e electric outboard can run for 60 minutes or 5 miles at maximum constant throttle with a fully charged 1 kWh battery and up to 19 hours or 34 miles at 25% constant throttle. Range and run time may vary. Environmental conditions, vessel type, and load can influence performance.
Smooth and Quiet...With its quiet engine and ultra-smooth performance, a Mercury Avator electric outboard will get you where you want to go without interrupting the conversation. The 7.5e outboard is four times quieter for the operator than a 3.5hp four-stroke outboard at maximum throttle.
Superior Efficiency...From the cross-flow motor to the lithium-ion battery, we designed every aspect of the Avator propulsion system to optimize efficiency. The 7.5e outboard has higher system efficiency than similar electric outboards from the competition.
Avator Advantage/Sport Mode...With Sport Mode, the system automatically delivers up to 20% more torque during hard acceleration, contributing to faster acceleration than similar competitor products.
Sustainability...Avator outboards transform the boating experience, making it possible to navigate without exhaust fumes and with zero direct emissions.
Corrosion Resistance...Each Avator outboard is designed with proven Mercury anti-corrosion materials and coatings, so you can navigate with confidence in fresh or saltwater.
Easy Storage and Transport...With no fuel and no smoke, an Avator outboard is convenient to store at home or on a larger vessel. The quick-connect bracket increases portability, allowing you to install the joystick model quickly.
