Lada Niva Travel with new engine gets prices
Russian AvtoVAZ presented the updated Lada Niva Travel at the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg in June, recently announced the start of deliveries of the first vehicles to dealers, and has now announced the complete price list.
After the facelift, the Niva Travel received a changed front end that is now similar to the electric concept e-Niva Travel.
Thus, the car received a new grille, LED headlights, different fog lights, new wheels and a different front bumper.
In addition, there are changes to the rear lights and rear bumper.
The main novelty is, however, a 1.8-liter gasoline engine with 90 hp and 153 Nm (instead of a 1.7-liter with 83 hp and 129 Nm), which is paired with a modified manual 5-speed gearbox.
According to the company, thanks to this unit, the car's fuel consumption has been reduced by 3-30% depending on the driving mode.
In addition, the Nova Travel has received a modified suspension, new brakes and improved soundproofing.

The price of the basic Classic trim level is 1.39 million rubles (15,445 euros). The equipment here includes one airbag, ABS, electric and heated exterior mirrors, front electric windows, an audio system and 15-inch steel wheels.
The next trim level, Comfort, adds a passenger airbag, rear headrests, a front armrest with cup holders, heated front seats, air conditioning and a cooled glove compartment. It costs 1.5 million rubles (16,665 euros).
The Life package, priced at 1.57 million rubles (17,445 euros), also has LED headlights and 15-inch alloy wheels.

The Enjoy package is additionally equipped with a rearview camera and parking sensors, cruise control, the Enjoy Pro media system with a seven-inch screen and Yandex Auto services, an external antenna and 16-inch alloy wheels. It costs 1.69 million rubles (18,775 euros).
The top-of-the-line Techno version costs 1.76 million rubles (19,555 euros) and boasts LED fog lights, an adjustable driver's seat with lumbar support, a tinted rear window, a heated windshield, exterior elements in body color and 17-inch wheels.
