Grecale Tributo Il Bruciato: the art of Italian "savoir-faire," combining cutting-edge engineering and winemaking tradition

The model is born from the Maserati Fuoriserie customization program and symbolizes the fusion between the elegant design of the House of the Trident and the decisive character of Il Bruciato wine, produced in the heart of Bolgheri, on the Tuscan coast.

More than just a car, the Grecale Tributo Il Bruciato is a tribute to the authenticity and natural beauty of the Bolgheri region—home to one of the Marchesi Antinori winery's most iconic labels. Created in 2002, Il Bruciato represents an intense and confident spirit, the same essence that inspired Maserati to create this special series.

"Driving the essence of Italian living" is the motto that sums up the project's concept: a celebration of the elegance, pleasure, and passion that define the Italian lifestyle—from Tuscany to the world's roads. The Grecale Tributo Il Bruciato's look is inspired by the grape harvest and the colors of wine in motion. The body comes in the exclusive Alchimia Scarlatta shade, created with the special Chromaflair pigment, which produces variable reflections depending on the light. The hue combines a burgundy base with golden and dark raspberry nuances, making the vehicle appear to change color depending on the viewing angle.

The 21-inch Pegaso Forgiati or Crio Fuoriserie wheels, finished in Gloss Black (optional), complete the muscular exterior, accompanied by black brake calipers and the Fuoriserie logo painted on the front fender. The special Grecale can be had with 21-inch alloy wheels in Pegaso Forgiati or Crio Fuoriserie designs, with an optional gloss black finish. The brake calipers are also black, with a matching Fuoriserie logo on the front fender.

Its name comes from Il Bruciato, a wine produced by Marchesi Antinori, one of the oldest and most prestigious winemaking families in the world. Although alcohol and driving do not mix, Maserati’s Fuoriserie division has used this connection to create a unique specification for this SUV.

At the heart of this special edition is its Alchimia Scarlatta paint. The paint combines a deep burgundy base with copper-gold and dark raspberry tones, enhanced with a pigment called Chromaflair. The result is a finish designed to evoke “the intense red color of wine swirling in a glass”.

The interior combines Tan/Dark Red leather with tone-on-tone stitching and a classically inspired "cannelloni" design. The headrests feature the Trident embroidered in dark red. Comfort is elevated by the 14-speaker Sonus faber premium sound system and panoramic roof, transforming every journey into a sensory experience—as immersive as enjoying a glass of Tuscan wine.
