TUNNING

G-Power BMW M3 Touring

G-Power has released another in a series of tuned BMW M3 Tourings, the G-Power G3M Bi-Turbo in gray.

This machine immediately stands out due to its exterior, which features a few attachments from the quoted tuner. It also has some decals in orange against the matte gray body that reveal the company behind the mods and the vehicle's new given name. We can also see some orange accents on the rear diffuser, with its three-fin design, and on the tailpipe trim, which is also new.

G-Power believes that BMW's badges would have made this car look a bit bland, so it has replaced them with its very own logos on the nose and on the tailgate. The M3 Competition emblem still decorates the car's back end, above the right taillight, and G-Power's name bedecks it on the other side. It can also be found on the new five double-spoke alloys, which feature a bi-tone look with black and silver.

Unfortunately, G-Power hasn't released any images of this BMW M3 Touring's interior, though zooming in on some of the available pictures partially reveals the cabin. It appears that this car has brown leather upholstery, joined by what should be plenty of carbon fiber trim, and if you forgot, the tuner can fully personalize the cockpit with different leather and suede upholstery in various colors and a few other bits and bobs.

Popping the hood open reveals the new engine cover, which was crafted from – you guessed it: carbon fiber. It is a mix of black and copper, with G-Power's logo decorating it. Care to talk about the magic number? In this case, it is 700 metric horsepower, which comes out to 690 brake horsepower and 515 kilowatts. The revised thrust is rated at pound-feet (850 Nm).

Turning your BMW M3, regardless of the body style, into something like this requires spending at least €14,900 ($17,448), according to G-Power. The top dog in the tuner's garage is the G3M Bi-Turbo 800, a 25-copy limited edition, which will set you back a whopping €47,600 (equal to $55,741), obviously excluding the actual car itself. As its name implies, it offers 800 ps (789 hp/588 kW), and the torque stands at 664 lb-ft (900 Nm) in this case.

BMW does not sell the M3 Touring in the United States of America, so you will have to settle for the M3 Sedan. The base model starts at $78,400 for the latest model year, whereas the superior M3 Competition Sedan kicks off at $82,600 and offers more oomph than the entry-level version. Topping the family is the M3 Competition xDrive Sedan, with an MSRP of $87,700.

In short, G-Power has boosted the 3.0-liter twin-turbo six-cylinder engine to 700 hp and 850 Nm of torque. Also, the top speed is 320 km/h.

Also offered are new wheels, an aero body kit (front bumper with carbon fiber elements, rear diffuser, side skirts...), stronger brakes, a sports exhaust system, modified suspension, orange details, G-Power badges and carbon fiber elements in a black interior.

Package prices start at 14,900 euros.
