The latest update is offered in a single variant, the Lexus IS 350, available in two trim levels: F SPORT Design and F SPORT. Since Lexus’s launch, the tactile feel, handling and quality of each model have been guided by the brand’s vision and efforts. The Lexus Driving Signature is a key pillar of Lexus’ next chapter and represents a fundamental shift in the product development process and brand culture. Through this process, the brand’s efforts are focused on raising the vehicle to an improved standard of performance and handling. The ultimate goal is to deliver Lexus vehicles that are designed with a shared brand identity that includes quick and linear control; exceptional handling, grip and confidence; and refined ride quality and quietness. These elements are achieved through rigorous testing and evaluation.

The exterior has been updated with a new front-end design that emphasizes the IS’s low center of gravity and wide stance, enhancing its bold, commanding presence. The F SPORT trim adds to this dynamic look with a rear spoiler that enhances aerodynamic performance, along with optional red brake calipers that reflect its sharp, agile driving character. The F SPORT and F SPORT Design trims gain newly designed 19-inch lightweight alloy wheels.

For 2026, the driving experience has been further developed to deepen the sense of steering pleasure and the vehicle’s intuitive response, allowing the car to better move in line with the driver’s intent. By optimizing the Electric Power Steering (EPS) and suspension system, development has focused on delivering a linear, consistent steering feel across a wide range of road and driving conditions. Attention has been paid not only to how the vehicle responds to steering wheel and pedal movements, but also to the smoothness and control of their feedback, creating a satisfying driving experience where deceleration, cornering and acceleration flow together. For 2026, the IS comes standard with Lexus Safety System+ 3.0, which brings a range of key active safety and practicality features to the vehicle. Among others, there are:

Automatic high beams

Pre-Collision System (PCS) with pedestrian detection

Full-speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC)
