Gunther Werks Project F-26

California-based Gunther Werks is showing us its latest creation under the Project F-26 label, a modernized 993-series Porsche 911.

First and foremost, there's a twin-turbo 4.0-liter six-cylinder engine (which here develops as much as 1,000 hp and 1,015 Nm of torque), a six-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential, rear-wheel drive, hydraulic steering adjustment, adaptive JRZ shock absorbers, advanced traction control, carbon-ceramic brakes, 18-inch magnesium wheels, and a new exhaust system.

The interior features leather and Alcantara, with exposed carbon fiber, a new steering wheel, and a wooden gear knob. Only 26 of these vehicles are planned, priced at $1,570,000 each.

In addition, the package also includes carbon fiber body panels and doors, as well as new headlights and a rear wing.

All in all, the weight is only 1,225 kg.
