Everest Tremor

Although many are probably familiar with the Ford Ranger Tremor, many may not be familiar with the Ford Everest Tremor. The Ford Everest is like the Ford Ranger's cousin, but in SUV format, and the Tremor version is the most adventurous.

Now, Ford has introduced the Ford Everest Tremor, a more robust, adventurous, resistant and off-road-focused version.

The new Everest Tremor boasts a reinforced suspension with Bilstein shock absorbers and new springs, robust General Grabber AT3 all-terrain tires and many other improvements.

Under the hood, the brand chose to equip a powerful V6 turbodiesel engine. It is a 3.0-liter V6 that generates 250 hp and 600 Nm of torque. Associated with this mechanics, there is a 10-speed automatic transmission that transfers the power to a four-wheel drive system.

Unlike the conventional Everest, the Tremor version stands out for its new honeycomb grille, a steel skid plate on the lower front, side steps and several orange plaques where the Tremor name appears.

Inside, the leather seats have been improved and now feature the Tremor inscription. In addition, customers will have rubber mats and decorative details in black.

The new suspension features increase the ground clearance by 26 mm. Now, the Everest, like the Ranger Raptor, will also feature Rock Crawl mode.

The Ford Everest Tremor has a starting price of 76,590 Australian dollars, positioning it above the Ranger Tremor in price, but below the Platinum version of the Everest.

The most demanding customers will be able to choose from several optional extras, including the Rough Terrain package, the Touring package, the Premium seating package and the towing package.

The model is reserved for the Australian Ford market and will not be available in other markets.
