JEEP

Jeep Dune: the stylish and futuristic electrified vehicle that mixes off-road and urban footprints

Jeep is bringing a completely stylish and futuristic electric car. The Jeep Dune mixes an off-road and urban footprint and even has an additional DJ booth.

Despite bearing the Jeep brand, the Dune was not built by the automaker and has components from Citroën, another Stellantis brand.

The Dune is an urban electric car (category L6E) designed to attract Jeep customers;

Electrek points out that the EV is the creation of French designer Emmanual Klissarov, from Klissarov Design;

Klissarov has already worked in partnership with GM, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, Citroën, and so on;

Its new launch, the Dune, is based on the Citroën Ami platform;

The model was designed to give a more “tough”, or outdoorsy feel.

The Dune is powered by an eight hp engine and 5.4 kWh battery, in addition to having a range of up to 74 kilometers. It is worth noting that it was designed for short trips and few trips around the city.

It has perforated printed fabric doors, handmade customization, built-in cooler and DJ booth. Its price starts at US$13,600.

Klissarov said the Dune could be a great addition to Jeep's European lineup and join the Avenger, Compass, Wrangler, Renegade and Grand Cherokee.
