Ferrari Mansory F8XX
After the presentation of the Mansory F8XX based on the Ferrari F8 Tributo a few years ago, today the German specialist reveals another supercar from the noble Italian brand from Maranello following the same design line. Simply called the Mansory F8XX, it is another creation based on the F8 Tributo Spider, which follows the Tempesta Turchese.
This Mansory F8XX was designed primarily for customers who want to drive with the top down and is clearly and unequivocally focused on high performance. But the preparation of the vehicle not only impresses with its high technical demands, but also with its ‘visual appeal’, which will attract the attention of everyone on its way, although it may not please everyone.
Next to the ‘Tempesta Turchese’, which literally means ‘turquoise storm’, this vehicle can be even more extravagant. At first glance, its exterior is quite extravagant, sporting a striking turquoise and black gradient paint job. Carbon fiber modifications add aggressively enlarged air intakes in the front spoiler, which ensure fresh airflow to the radiators.
Together with the specially developed front lip, this results in significantly improved downforce at the front axle. On the side, the striking sills display the unmistakable Mansory signature. There is also no shortage of adapted suspension components and the new ‘YT.5 Air’ one-piece forged wheels.
These new design and ultra-light wheels are available in dimensions 9.5 x 21 on the front axle and 12 x 22 on the rear axle. They are shod with high-performance tires in sizes 255/30 ZR21 at the front and 335/25 ZR22 at the rear. They also offer maximum performance in terms of lateral dynamics.
The newly developed double diffuser is responsible for the perfect orientation of the airflow under the vehicle and the downforce on the rear axle. In turn, the large rear spoiler, together with the rear spoiler, generates additional downforce. An impressive four-pipe exhaust system completes the rear view in a harmonious and powerful way.
The interior combines an abundance of turquoise leather with carbon fiber elements.
In addition to appearance, the F8 Tributo Spider's technology has also been extensively revised and refined. The V8 engine produces an impressive 720 hp and 770 Nm as standard. However, engineers from Mansory's in-house engine department managed to raise these figures to an impressive 880 hp and 960 Nm.
This was achieved thanks to extensive modifications to the engine management and exhaust system. With the improvements it is capable of reaching 354 km/h and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.6 seconds. Furthermore, Mansory changed the shock absorbers and components that come into contact with the asphalt.
