Hyper Barchetta B95 and hyper GT Battista inspired by Bruce Wayne (Batman)
Automobili Pininfarina showed a new collection of vehicles inspired by Bruce Wayne, the well-known billionaire from DC comics who plays Batman, to make your own interpretations of the cars he would drive.
In collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products and Relevance International, Automobili Pininfarina showed two interpretations of the hyper Barchetta B95 and the hyper GT Battista. Each element of the two exclusive specifications, called 'Gotham' and 'Dark Knight', was selected to complement the luxurious lifestyle of a pop culture icon, who has appeared in countless forms of entertainment and media since his debut in 1939. This partnership will be released on BruceWayneX.com.
Bruce Wayne's new cars...Automobili Pininfarina created two exclusive versions of the hyper Barchetta B95 and hyper GT Battista, called 'Gotham' and 'Dark Knight', with many unique technical specifications never seen before. The cars are powered by a 120 kWh high-capacity lithium-ion battery and four motors that generate 1,900 hp. This is enough to propel all pure electric models from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 2 seconds.
Both Battista and B95 models receive new HMI screen enhancements inspired by Wayne Enterprises, including a voice synthesizer inspired by Bruce Wayne's loyal butler and assistant, Alfred Pennyworth. Battistas also feature shark fins on the trunk and grille vents to improve overall aerodynamic efficiency. The exterior is completed with Wayne Enterprises logos on the side skirts and roof.
The bodywork is finished in stunning Argento Vittorio gloss paintwork, complemented by the ‘Goccia’ roof in Nero Torino gloss paintwork. To finish the look, the Italian brand's iconic 'F' logo is backlit and made from brushed and polished anodized aluminum. The 20-inch front and 21-inch rear alloy wheels are finished in gloss black.
On the other hand, the Dark Night design reflects Bruce Wayne's use of technology to maintain an edge in his fight against crime in Gotham City. These vehicles feature black Alcantara and black leather upholstery, with unique contrasting stitching in two tones of black and gold.
The interiors benefit from a completely new door and roof design, where much of the roof is made of curved glass. Both the B95 and Battista models are upholstered in distinctive brown leather that includes custom quilting on the center panels along with beige stitching.
The body of the Dark Night Battista is finished in glossy Nero Profondo paint, a Nero Torino ‘Goccia’ roof and polished wheels. The exterior of the Dark Knight B95 matches the Battista and also features wheels with the same finish.
According to their creators, the four designs reflect Wayne Enterprises' pursuit of innovation and the personality of Bruce Wayne.
