Bentley Bentayga S Black Edition

Bentley has just announced that from now on the manufacturer's logo will be displayed in black. This is the first time that the brand has had a black logo in 105 years and despite how gloomy it may seem, it is to announce the arrival of the S Black Edition that will be applied to the Bentley Bentayga.

Customers can choose from seven colors: Mandarin, Signal Yellow, Klein Blue, Pillar Box Red, Ice, Hyper Green and Beluga. Each of the shades provides an eye-catching yet cohesive design, both inside and outside, which contrasts with the black details throughout the vehicle.

In the example shown in the images, the brake calipers are painted in orange, as are other details of the model and matching the chosen color, adding a touch of color behind the 22-inch wheels painted in black. All exterior chrome elements have been replaced with glossy black versions. The S Black Edition is the first model in Bentley's 105-year history to feature the Bentley logo wings and matching gloss black lettering.

In the cabin, the new S Black Edition has a unique interior color distribution, providing the perfect contrast between the beautiful Beluga leather and touches of bright color. The striking accent colors on the car's exterior carry over into the handcrafted cabin, where the stitching, piping and color accent sections of the leather upholstery come together to achieve the same effect. Each seat is embroidered with a black ‘S’ emblem.

The interior is equipped with the new Dark Chrome package. This means that much of the interior's metallic accents have changed from the usual glossy chrome to their glossy black counterparts.

The Bentayga S Black Edition features Bentley's 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 gasoline engine. The latest generation engine develops 550 hp and 770 Nm of torque, allowing the unit to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 290 km/h.

The brand will also offer its customers the Bentayga S Hybrid Black Edition, which has a combined power of 456 hp, coming from a 3.0-liter TFSI V6 gasoline engine and a 100 kW electric motor-generator. This set allows the model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.3 seconds, with a maximum speed limited to 254 km/h.
