The McLaren 750S will be truly unique with spectrum polishing

The McLaren Special Operations department is responsible for fulfilling custom orders and finding new ways to squeeze even more money out of customers. 

Their latest development is Spektrum polishing, for which they have developed paints with a new chemical composition and a new polishing process.

The 7-layer color gradient paint will be available for the McLaren 750S sports car in blue (starting with Spectrum blue and ending in Aurora metallic blue), orange (starting with Spectrum orange and ending in Gamma metallic red) or gray (starting with Spectrum gray and ending in Meteorite metallic gray) and the corresponding for an additional fee, the professionals can even create similar upholstery in the interior. 

The McLaren and MSO workshops are also ready to create a color transition paintwork from the basic color according to the customer’s wishes – of course, the preparation of the paint is a lengthy and expensive task.
