700MT A2 version

This attractive model of Adventure motorcycle is now available and for owners of A2 driver category.

In addition to the standard version that has 55kW/75HP, the version adapted to drivers with an A2 driver’s license has 34kW/46HP.

The 46 hp in-line two-cylinder engine has arrived to replace its predecessor, the 650 MT with a power of 61 hp, and completes the range of models offered by CFMOTO in the middle class.

Price from 6,890 euros is almost similar to the price of the MT 650 model, and it is very important that it remained below the limit of 7,000 euros. So this model becomes very attractive and competitive in its class. It is available in gray and white!

The 700 MT comes as a cheaper alternative to the premium model 800 MT Touring, which is in a bigger league with 95 hp and a price of 10,990 euros.

The CFMOTO 700MT is intended for customers who are looking for a new and modern adventure motorcycle that offers a lot for a relatively small amount, regardless of whether it is performance or modern technology.

With a displacement of 693 cubic meters and a maximum power of about 46 HP (34 KW) at 6,000 rpm and 60 Nm at 7,250 rpm, in accordance with Euro 5 norms and water cooling, this in-line two-cylinder unit is comparable and competitive even with engines Japanese producers.

The equipment that comes with the CFMOTO 700 MT is quite modern, especially for this price range. As standard equipment there is a color TFT screen with a screen diagonal of 5 inches, a double USB port (A and C) as well as two driving modes (Eco and Sport). LED lights became standard in 2023, and there are also hand guards and an adjustable windshield.

Slipper clutch and 6-speed gearbox are standard equipment of this model.

When it comes to the asia, there is a frame made of steel tubes basically similar to KTM, on the front side there is an upside down fork, while at the back there is a monoshock absorber. Belt travel is barely longer than non-enduro bikes: 140 millimeters at the front, 145 millimeters at the rear. The seat height of 820 millimeters is suitably moderate and can optionally be increased to 840 millimeters.

The high windshield is also aimed at long-distance comfort. 17-inch wheels made of cast aluminum are paired with 120/70-17 front and 160/70-17 rear tires. The J.Juan forks use components from the men’s branch of Brembo, with twin 300mm discs at the front and 240mm discs at the rear, each with ABS control.

With 18 liters of fuel in a full tank, the CFMOTO 700 MT reportedly weighs 218 kilograms, so in its class of capacity and performance it is not particularly light, but it is not overly heavy either. A relatively short wheelbase of 1,425 millimeters and a relatively steep steering head angle of 65.5 degrees mean that easy handling can be expected.
