The Twisted tuning company has a solution to the Jimny’s weak engine

Until now, the Twisted tuning company has fulfilled the wishes of Land Rover owners, which has now added the Suzuki Jimny to its range. In the case of the Japanese off-road vehicle, the feeling of quality is improved with a completely reupholstered passenger compartment, leather seats and Alcantara on the roof, extra sound insulation is added under the floor mats, and better speakers are installed together with the aftermarket Alpine head unit.

The ground clearance is increased by 25 mm, the new shock absorbers and stabilizers promise a more comfortable ride than the factory, according to Twisted, but the most important innovation of the Suzuki Jimny conversion is the turbocharging of the 1.5 engine, which powers the small SUV with 167 horsepower instead of the original 105. 

For now, the price of the completely rebuilt new car is known, which is 49,500 pounds (21.4 million HUF), next year the individual elements will also be available as a retrofit kit.
