GoShorty: Drivers of German premium brands are the most rude

The British insurance company GoShorty made a large survey conducted on a sample of 2000 drivers. Their survey revealed which car brands are driven by the rudest drivers.

According to the results of a poll reported by the DailyMail, the worst drivers are BMWs. Half of the respondents said that BMW drivers are the most unpleasant, while Audi drivers won 28 percent of the votes in this category.

The first five on the infamous list were completed by Mercedes-Benz (17 percent), Land Rover (15 percent) and Porsche (11 percent).

On the other hand, Ford drivers were declared the most polite, winning 21 percent of the vote, followed by Kia drivers (16 percent), while Toyota and Nissan drivers tied with 15 percent.

Four out of ten respondents (40 percent) say they regularly encounter rude behavior on the country’s roads – on average as many as six times a week.

Two-thirds (61 percent) admit that they themselves have behaved aggressively behind the wheel, and more than half of drivers (58 percent) agree that the brand of the car is not important and that the person behind the wheel is to blame.
