Fiat Fastback: the brand's first SUV Coupe available in the Brazilian market gets supercharged engine and automated transmission

A car that draws attention wherever it goes, it is the top of the line among FIAT passenger vehicles and the brand's first Coupe SUV. Of course we are talking about Fastback, which is preparing to move the market again. This time, with a new entry version, the Turbo 200 Automatic, which comes with a competitive price combined with a large number of standard items, which brings a new level in the SUV segment.

The Fastback Turbo 200 starts at 119,990 reais (local currency), which puts the SUV Coupe in another price range and thus, within the necessary requirements to participate in the Federal Government incentive and, with the government discount, arrives at consumer price of 115,990 reais. Democratizing even more features, technologies and refinement found only in premium models.

As its name suggests, the new version is turbocharged. That's because under the hood, the Fastback brings the 200 Flex turbo engine with power of 130 hp with ethanol (125 hp with gasoline) and torque of 200 Nm. The propeller allows the model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 9.4 seconds, being the fastest among competitors with a 1.0 turbo engine in the category.

And it doesn't stop there, consumption is also impressive for being the lowest among competitors with a 1.0 turbo engine, registering up to 14.6 km/l on the road. To command this high-end engine, the transmission is also up to par, so it is equipped with a 7-speed automatic transmission.

In addition, the Fastback Turbo 200 also features an advantageous list of standard items, such as an 8.4-inch multimedia center, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless, electronic parking brake, automatic and digital air conditioning, autopilot, parking sensor rear camera, LED headlights and taillights, 17-inch alloy wheels, 4 Airbags, Stability Control (ESC) and Traction Control Plus (TC ).

Available in five colors (Banchisa white, Bari silver, Vulcano black, Silverstone gray and Strato grey) the model brings together everything the SUV consumer most desires, such as the largest trunk in the category and ample interior space, one of the largest heights above the ground among competitors with a high driving position and turbo engine performance. In addition, of course, its unique look highlighted by the concepts of renowned Italian design. It is worth mentioning that, like the other versions of the Fastback, the new one also has a 3-year warranty.
