Delta4x4 – Autó-Motor raises the new VW Amarok by 17 centimeters in several steps

The new Volkswagen Amarok, which is based on a common base with the Ford Ranger, has already received the Beast reconstruction of the Delta4x4 workshop, in which, on the one hand, the suspension is raised by 100 mm on the car, and then the body is raised by 50 mm compared to the chassis, and then there is a further 20 mm increase in ground clearance resulting from the 33-inch diameter off-road tires mounted on 18-inch alloy wheels.

By the way, the latter are not yet at their maximum, since after the lift and the widening of the wheel arches by 60 mm, there is room for off-road tires with a diameter of up to 35 inches under the Amarok, with which a further lift of 25 mm can be achieved. Otherwise, the body was not touched, except for the installation of additional headlights.

Lifting the chassis costs 1,600 euros, lifting the body 2,600 euros, 2,900 euros are charged for the 33-inch off-road tires mounted on 18-inch rims, 1,800 euros for the wheel arch widening – and the cost of installation is added to these.
