VEJA COMO É FABRICADO O NOVO LAMBORGHINI REVUELTO EM SANT’AGATA BOLOGNESE

Lamborghini Revuelto: the first production hybrid super sports car from Sant’Agata Bolognese

Lamborghini officially kicked off its new electrified era last March with the debut of the Lamborghini Revuelto, its first production hybrid super sports car alongside its famous V12. A model that we can get to know in more detail from the place of its birth to see how the people of Sant'Agata Bolognese create this 1,015 hp bolide.

The Lamborghini video offers a tour of many departments on the Revuelto production line, which they explain is capable of delivering seven Revueltos a day. It also shows the company's treatment and work with carbon in different zones, the additions of Ad Personam and the exhaustive quality processes that Lamborghini carries out so that each car is delivered without any imperfections. In total, the production line has 15 different stages, the upholstery and painting workshops were redesigned and improved with more digital tools to facilitate this process from a planning point of view, and the assembly line was automated and streamlined even more to facilitate the flow of a more varied combination of models.

The successor to the Aventador is the sixth member of Lamborghini's V12 family and uses an improved version of the brand's forged carbon monocoque chassis, which is now 10% lighter, 25% stiffer and uses a new naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 engine. Improved components. In this way, only the gasoline engine is able to offer 813 hp of power at 9,250 rpm.

Together with this block, there are two other electric motors mounted on each of the front axle wheels to provide 150 hp each, so that they are capable of offering authentic torque vectoring. The 3.8 kWh battery provides all the energy necessary for these engines, so that in this way 1,015 hp of power are obtained with which this sports car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and reaching a maximum speed of 349.23 km/h. Much of this transformation comes from the new platform, which allowed traditional V12 mechanics and the new world of electrification to coexist in a car with spectacular performance without being penalized.

Despite the changes and leaner production, customers who pre-ordered Lamborghini's new V12 can sit back and wait. Lamborghini has already confirmed that it already has orders signed for the first two years of the model, and the brand received many orders before the model even had its official debut.
