McLAREN

The new McLaren 750S...McLaren raises the bar with the launch of the most powerful production model manufactured by the company to date. The new 750S is equipped with a V8 engine capable of propelling the sports car from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds. This is a remarkable performance found especially in electrified performance cars, and in this case we have a classic engine assisted by two turbines.

To achieve this performance McLaren has made full use of carbon fiber for the 750S and the coupe weighs 1,277kg and offers a power-to-weight ratio of 587bhp per tonne. Even the sports seats are made of carbon fiber, and the new McLaren 750S is equipped with the lightest wheels ever developed for a production model.

To use the power resources properly, the new model of the British company has an optimized chassis and a hydraulic system for suspensions. The suspension springs are softer at the front and stiffer at the rear compared to the 720S and together with the reconfiguration of several elements provide better ride comfort, increased steering feedback and cornering balance. In addition, the new design of the springs and shock absorbers reduces the weight by 2 kg.

The new McLaren 750S: V8 engine with a power of 750 HP...The 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with the internal code M840T offers a maximum power of 750 hp at 7,500 rpm and a torque of 800 Nm available at 5,500 rpm. The gearbox specially designed for extreme performance has seven ratios and can even offer a Track mode setting dedicated to running on the track. The McLaren 750S can be configured in coupe and cabrio body styles. Because of this we have some differences when it comes to dynamic performance.

Regardless of the body variant, the McLaren 750S can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds. The coupe version can sprint from 0 to 200 km/h in 7.2 seconds, and the cabriolet in 7.3 seconds. The McLaren 750S in the coupe version can accelerate from 0 to 300 km/h in 19.8 seconds, while the convertible model needs 20.4 seconds for this run. The top speed of 332 km/h can be achieved by any McLaren 750S variant. The new model can already be ordered from UK dealers.
