The Argentine Kevin Benavides has won the Dakar 2023 ahead of the Australian Toby Price and the American Skyler Howes, thus placing his name for the second time at the top of the Dakar's historic record.
With Kevin Benavides winning in Rally GP, the victory in Rally2 has been for the Frenchman Romain Dumontier; while they have revalidated last year's victory both the Dutch Mirjam Pol in Rally2 Women and the Portuguese Mario Patrao in Rally2 Veterans.
The Original category was won by South African Charan Moore, with his compatriot Michael Docherty taking the Rookie Challenge and Frenchman Jeanloup Lepan taking the Rally2 Junior trophy.
