TINBOT

A MARCA ALEMÃ TINBOT APRESENTA A NAKED ELÉTRICA TB-RS1

TB-RS1: the German brand's electrified motorcycle in modern sports bike style

Tinbot, a company that manufactures electric two-wheel vehicles, was created a few years ago in Germany. In the beginning, the brand developed several models of electric scooters, followed by two enduro versions built on the same platform. With the introduction of the TB-RS1, a 125 cm3 equivalent electric motorcycle with modern sports bike styling, the company is now focusing on a very popular segment of motorcycling.

The RS1 adopts the contemporary aesthetic of large, sporty naked bikes, with a well-rounded faux fuel tank and a wide, front-centered profile.

With its pointed LED headlight, it somewhat resembles the BMW S 1000 R when viewed from the front. The proportions are comparable to those of high-displacement models, with a seat 850 millimeters off the ground and a wheelbase of 1,550 millimeters.

Regarding performance, the Tinbot TB-RS1 delivers a lot of power, however, it is important to consider that the power output ratings are at their maximum values with 47.6 horsepower and 85.4 Nm of torque.

As with other electric bikes, its rated outputs are a much more realistic representation of its actual performance, and with the RS1, its engine is rated for a rated output of 11.5hp of power. Therefore, the RS1 has a top speed of just 120 km/h.

The TB-RS1 runs on a lithium-ion battery which, according to Tinbot, can be charged to 100% in about six hours. In addition, the battery ensures a range of 100 km in sport mode, reaching 200 km in eco mode. These figures, if they are 100% real, are quite remarkable, especially considering that the electric motorcycle weighs 183 kilos.

In terms of technology, the Tinbot RS1 comes with a Type 2 connector, a color TFT display and a full set of LED lights as standard equipment. The RS1 stops thanks to dual disc brakes at the front and a disc at the rear.

In addition, the bike has a robust inverted front fork and a preload adjustable rear shock. All these features also contribute to the RS1's sporty and agile aesthetic.

The Tinbot TB-RS1 is offered in four basic colors: black, blue, gray and red. Its price in Europe is 10,990 euros. For now, RS1 is exclusively offered in Germany, Austria and Italy, although some independent distributors also market their products in other Eastern European countries.
