Sub pick-up Toro and SUV Pulse win new series items on the 2023 line in Brazil
Toro and Pulse, although they are part of different segments, have in common the great success they have been in the market since they were launched, in addition to awards for their bold and attractive design. Now the models also share a great innovation from Fiat: the brand's new Sound Design applied to the vehicles, a new sound experience for the user that offers even more driving pleasure.
In 2021, as part of the broad brand repositioning process, Fiat sought to re-signify the role of voice and music to create moments of greater connection with the public and presented its new sound DNA and Sound Logo. Now, this experience is even more complete when applied to Toro and Pulse, the brand's first vehicles to have a Sound Design UX. This means that the user will have a new, more user-friendly hearing journey, which starts when they enter the vehicle, goes through the different stages while driving and goes all the way out of the car. It is important to inform that later other models of the brand will also gradually have the new Fiat Sound Design.
New sound experience...Designed to be part of the customer's journey inside the car, the new sound identity of Fiat vehicles was developed by the brand in partnership with the Brazilian company Soundthinkers. The entire process of creating and developing the initiative was designed and tested together with users.
The brand bet on more pleasant and modern sounds to mark each pickup action warning. Activities such as adjusting the multimedia center settings, receiving notifications from the center, confirming the instrument panel configuration and retrieving pre-defined information gained softer melodies.
The warnings about driving with the handbrake on or without the seat belt, driving with the door open, skipping a gear, parking the vehicle in reverse, turning off the car and opening the door without removing the ignition key, bring audios of stronger and more repetitive alerts just to get the driver's attention, but without ceasing to be pleasant. All sounds are now more aligned, follow the same identity and were designed to improve the customer's experience inside the car at all times.
To complete, when the customer starts the vehicle, the new exclusive welcome animation with Sound Design and Sound Logo enters the multimedia center. The welcome movement is the result of the mixture between the sound and the sonic flag used as a sound trigger, serving as the basis for the melody (Sonic Script by the brand) which is represented by the sequence of four notes.
Toro MY 2023 even more complete... Responsible for transforming the Brazilian pickup truck market by introducing the Sport Utility Pick-up (SUP) concept to consumers, Toro keeps evolving. In the new 2023 line it would be no different. In addition to the sound changes, the Fiat Toro MY23 brings updates in all versions, starting with the steering wheel, which has the most sophisticated look. It also has an update to the iTPMS, an individual indication of the low pressure tire, which shows exactly which of the tires is under pressure. Another novelty is the addition of the Fiat Flag as a label on Toro's seats, also continuing the brand's new brand design that appears even in small details, as does the Sound Design. To complete, the Endurance version leaves the factory with darkened hubcaps.
Known for its unique look and sophistication, the optional S Design package is back in the pickup. Available in the Freedom Turbo Flex and Diesel versions, it offers a premium finish, such as bronze accents on the darkened interior and matching stitching on the seats and leather trim. In addition, the Fiat logo on the front grille also brings the refinement of the bronze tone. The S Design badges could not be missing, which appear on the dashboard and front doors. The configuration also starts to offer even more content, such as santo antônio, black side step, Keyless enter'n'go, Wireless charger and the high tech Kit, which has a rain sensor, twilight sensor and electrochromic rear view.
New color options have also been added for some versions. Volcano and Ranch can now also be configured with the color Gray Sting. Ultra starts to include in its portfolio the Gray Sting, in addition to the Polar White.
Pulse reaches 50 thousand units produced and also has news...The Fiat Pulse was launched in October 2021 with the purpose of being a new reference in the segment and has consolidated itself in the market, having already reached more than 10% of the disputed and growing category of SUVs. Thus, the model has just reached the mark of 50 thousand units produced at the plant in Betim (MG) and can celebrate with the arrival of the 2023 line with some news.
In addition to the new sound identity, the Fiat SUV now has new standard items that make the award-winning look of the model even more modern and bold. The Drive MT and AT versions leave the factory with new 16-inch steel wheels and hubcaps. The Audace T200 features a new 16-inch wheel with darkened paint and a diamond finish.
