Two novelties from the Spanish company GASGAS, a member of the KTM group, are on display at the MotoPassion fair opened today

These are the EC300 and SM700 models.

The EC300 enduro(image above) in the 2023 edition comes with Euro 5 homologation and a “smart” EFI system. According to the manufacturer, this model was designed to bring maximum fun, durability and reliability to drivers.

GASGAS kept the last connection paired with the WP XACT suspension. The aim is to increase stability on fast parts of the road or uneven terrain. Up front are the WP XPLOR inverted forks, while Braktec brakes take care of stopping.

The motorcycles come with an 8.5 liter fuel tank and filter that does not require changing tools. A lithium-ion battery is used for ignition, which means that weight is kept to a minimum, at least compared to models that have a classic battery. Price GASGAS EC300 is 8.990 Euros.

The SM700(image below) is a variation on the existing KTM 690 SMC R platform. It is powered by a 692 cubic meter single-cylinder engine, with 74 hp available.

This model also features state-of-the-art electronics for better driving response, a quick six-speed gearbox, as well as a 13.5-liter fuel tank. Geared towards everyday driving, it offers a 48mm WP suspension with fully adjustable rear shock. The price of the SM700 model at the authorized importer is 10.190 euros
