BMW
M1000RR ''50'' M Edition
As part of the 50th anniversary of the "M" brand, BMW Motorrad has launched a motorcycle dedicated to this jubilee - the M1000RR 50 Years M Edition superbike.
Based on the M1000RR, the 50 Years M Edition model features plenty of carbon fiber aluminum parts, as well as a silver aluminum rear fork, M GPS lap counter, M resistance chain and passenger seat.
The motorcycle is exclusively available in yellow color, which leaves an extremely striking impression. The rest is basically a standard BMW M1000 superbike.
The 999 cc four-cylinder engine delivers 209 hp (156 kW) and 113 Nm of maximum torque.
When it comes to electronics, we have four driving modes (Rain, Road, Dynamic, Race) with three Race Pro modes. All this is connected with the six-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) and dynamic slip control.
Drivers can adjust the response of the unit itself, while Race Pro mode also offers three brake presets.
QuickShifter is standard, as is the ignition control, Hill Start Control Pro. There are also data delivery options, which cost more.
As for the price, it consists of a motorcycle + package M 50 years. In translation, expect around 35,000 euros for this commemorative edition.
