1 SERIES & 2 SERIES GRAN COUPE EDITION COLORVISION

In order to increase the appeal of its more affordable models, BMW has introduced the special Edition ColorVision series for the 1 Series and 2 Series Gran Coupe. Improvements include visual and design touches to both the bodywork and cabin, as well as expanded equipment.

These two models can be chosen with eight metallic paintwork, although there are also colors from BMW Individual that can be ordered as an extra, such as the matte gray Frozen Pure Grey. BMW M options are also available, including Dakar Yellow, Daytona Violet and Macao Blue.

Inside, the M Sport seats are upholstered in two-tone Dakota leather. Can be ordered in Black/Magma Red and Black/White color combinations. In addition, the Edition inscription is embroidered on them to add distinction.

Also integrated into the cabin are the M leather steering wheel, M stainless steel pedals, the M driver's footrest and an anthracite-coloured roof lining. Ambient lighting and carpets with specific details complete the improvements applied to Edition ColorVision vehicles.

All engines are available for these models except the one used by the BMW 128ti. Bearing in mind that this is a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with 265 hp between 4,750 and 6,500 rpm, which also provides a torque of 400 Nm in a wide range.

Both models are based on the M Sport version, which means it also focuses on performance, along with sportier exterior styling, something many customers appreciate.

That more passionate look is given by a large three-section lower air intake on the front deflector, a marked dark diffuser and gloss black inserts in the grille and window frames, among other places. It also has a set of 18-inch M light alloy wheels with a Y-spoke design and a two-tone black and silver finish. The special Edition ColorVision series will be available for the BMW 1 Series and the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe from July 2022.
