LAND ROVER
The idea of a Land Rover Defender convertible has been in the air since a new version of the iconic British SUV was launched in 2019. I must say that this option - collapsible, is already available in the main competitors of the Land Rover Defender in the face of the Jeep Wrangler and Ford blunt.
It will now be possible to order a Defender convertible(image above), but this car will not be made by Land Rover itself.
Dutch bodybuilder Heritage Customs has opened orders for its Land Rover Defender convertible, based on the three-door Defender 90.
Introduced in December 2021, the tuning studio's Land Rover Defender convertible SUV was named Valiance. Only five pieces will be released initially, with a choice of three themes and color combinations: Côte d'Azur, Solihull Sand and Kokkini Paralia.
The Solihull Sand Valiance convertible shown in these photos is inspired by the English countryside. The body is light green with gray bumpers and the hood is sand beige. It also comes with a set of 20-inch Space Cowboy white wheels. The cabin has copper accents, with the option to get the classic seats and steering wheel to evoke the SUV's nostalgic appeal.
As attractive as it sounds, the Valiance Defender Convertible can't be cheap. The process of converting an ordinary SUV into a convertible version (without the Defender 90 donor) costs 84,700 euros.
Not too long ago, our publication wrote that Land Rover released the Anniversary Defender V8 Bond Edition. The Land Rover Defender V8 is just as cool as special agent SUVs, and the special Bond Edition makes it even more special.
