Sports model of the brand gets new colors and chassis improvements

One of the most powerful motorcycles produced in Brazil, the BMW S 1000 RR gains new features in the 2022 line. The motorcycle arrives on the market with a new color option, called Mineral Gray, in addition to improvements in the chassis part, chain. The model is now available at BMW Motorrad dealerships in Brazil for 122,500 reais (local currency).

Previously only available in the M and M Carbon packages, the M Chassis is now standard on all versions. This component allows the possibility of more precise adjustments to the balance and rear shock, thus allowing an even more refined configuration in the search for extreme performance on the tracks.

Another novelty is the M Endurance Chain. With diamond-like carbon coating, this component reduces friction losses and wear. In addition to helping in performance, the new chain contributes to the reduction of maintenance value, as it has greater durability.

Equipped with a 4-cylinder engine with 207 horsepower at 13,500 rpm and 113 Nm of maximum torque at 11,000 rpm, the S 1000 RR has a 6-speed transmission and delivers power and torque evenly and linearly, making the motorcycle easy to control. and ideal for both everyday use and track performance.

Sporty, but without losing versatility, the S 1000 RR has four riding modes configurable according to the owner's taste: Rain, Road, Dynamic and Race. There is also the Pro Mode, an option that offers three additional riding configurations, for users who want to venture into the supersport on the tracks. Also included in the model are Launch Control for perfect starts, Pit-Lane Limiter - configurable for optimal grip at pit-lane speeds - and Shift Assistant Pro for ultra-fast gear changes without the need for clutch actuation.

The instrument panel brings a wide range of information through a 6.5-inch TFT screen that allows excellent viewing, even in low light conditions, offering the customer customized configurations for different uses and needs.

With the motto 'Nose down, tail up', in addition to refined proportions, the RR boasts as visual highlights the LED lights present in the headlights with more dynamic and aggressive lines, in the taillight. . The turn signal (flashing) and brake lights are integrated into a single LED unit.
