MB G Class by Performmaster 805 hp and 1,020 Nm of torque

It seems that the deal between the star brand and the tuning specialists is more than clear, not to develop any package that breaks the aesthetics of the all-terrain icon. It is a common denominator among the last known preparations on the most powerful version of the Mercedes-Benz G Class line, whose special kits increase aggressiveness but do not transform the characteristic image of the ‘Geländewagen’.

Performmaster's Germans also respected this maxim, developing the special 'G805' kit. A series of components made of carbon fiber, which can be painted in the color of the customer's taste, giving the AMG G 63 a rougher image with a wider body. Nothing short of an extra 100 millimeters is what the off-road vehicle has achieved with the new fins that act as wheel arches. These are parts that connect with the new front and rear bumpers, also made of the same material.

A package that changes the view of the car, especially from the front. The lower bumper now features a splitter on the lower front edge and large air intakes that will provide fresh air to the powerful engine that hides behind, whose frames show the carbon fiber screen contrasting with the elegant color chosen for the rest of the bumper and body. For the time being, only two shades can be chosen, the metallic 'Olive Green' and the 'Magno Night Black' from the exclusive 'G Manufaktur' customization program.

For carbon fiber, as it could not be otherwise, its finish, glossy or matte, can also be chosen. Performmaster experts paid special attention to detail. The characteristic exhausts continue coming out from under the rear doors, like a good AMG, but now taking advantage of a sectioned part of the side stirrups, which are also made of carbon fiber, and, in addition, have LED lighting, while at the rear the bumper has a discreet diffuser.

The preparer did not show the interior, but said it offers a selection of luxurious materials such as Alcantara to line the cabin. Special importance was given to the adjustment applied to the powerful 5.5 liter twin-turbo V8 engine, which with its 585 hp animates the sportier version of the G Class line. A new engine control unit and larger turbo compressors are responsible for the new figures: a maximum power of 805 hp and 1,020 Nm of maximum torque, figures that allow accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds and achieving a maximum speed of 260 km/h.
