Ypsilon Alberta Ferretti is the compact of the brand that is successful in the Italian market
With more than a decade on its back, the only model of the iconic Italian brand survives in the Italian domestic market with three facelifts it accumulates - in 2015 the first, in 2018 the second, and in mid-2020 the third -, the Ypsilon continues to receive improvements aesthetics, in the equipment and also in the mechanics.
Although shouting for a renovation, the new responsible for the brand have already confirmed that Lancia will return to the market in 2024, including new generation electric models among which there is talk of a replacement for this modeleo. Meanwhile, the brand has introduced a new special and limited edition unit, the Lancia Ypsilon Alberta Ferretti.
The more modern image that conveys the exterior, and especially the front, now presents itself more elegant with the new body color 'Grey Alberta Ferretti', created especially in the brand's laboratories with a finish that offers pink shines with the light incision . A more elegant painting for those who love distinction and fashion, but which is also offered in other colors. The 'Snow White' pastel, the metallic 'Cinza Pietra', 'Black Vulcano' and the more sophisticated 'Black Bicolor', alternating glossy and matte finishes in different areas.
The four possibilities are complemented by the chrome finish of the rear view mirror housings, the grille and the door handles. Inside, the B-segment bestseller in Italy also reflects its higher ranking with special details. The seats are upholstered in a new recycled material, bearing the initials 'AF' on the front headrests. The contrasting seams on the seats, steering wheel and decorative moldings on the vents are in rose gold.
The Lancia Ypsilon Alberta Ferretti is seriously committed to more sustainable mobility, so under the hood it has two possible engines that are widely known in the Lancia model and in the FIAT 500. One of the options is the 'FireFly' petrol engine, a 3-block 1.0 liter cylinders and hybrid technology that delivers a maximum power of 70 hp, while the second option is the 1.2 liter aspirated 4-cylinder powered with LPG, and which develops 69 hp.
