AUTONEWS

The Ride 4 racing simulator is very interesting

Milestone has announced that it will launch the Ride 4 racing simulator on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X on January 21, 2021. On PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, the game will go on sale a few months earlier, on October 8.
Users who purchase Ride 4 on PlayStation 4 before April 30, 2021 will be able to download the PlayStation 5 version (and all the add-on content purchased) at no additional cost. Xbox One version owners of the game will be able to automatically download the Xbox Series X version at no additional cost at any time, thanks to Smart Delivery.

Ride 4 will offer motorcycle racing on dozens of tracks around the world, created using CAD drawings, laser scanning and 3D scanning. You will be able to ride one of hundreds of officially licensed motorcycles and progress from local competitions to professional leagues.
Ride 4 editions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X support 60fps in dynamic resolution of up to 4K, as well as online and offline racing with up to 20 drivers. According to Milestone, the bikes on the next generation consoles are presented “with the highest quality shaders and textures”, and the environment is “an unprecedented level of detail”.
On PlayStation 5, download times will be significantly reduced. The game also harnesses the power of DualSense control: the accelerator and brake triggers are resisted to “convey the same sensations as their real counterparts”, and tactile feedback allows players to “feel the vibration of their motorcycle while riding the streets ”.
