Tony Stark/Iron Man and his BMW 3.0 CS SpeedKore

SpeedKore is known to be responsible for those who are most likely to be the wildest Dodges ever created. However, this company's latest work involves a European classic far removed from modern muscle cars. This is an impressive 1974 BMW 3.0 CS, a special model that was created expressly for a Hollywood star, actor Robert Downey Jr.

The famous actor who plays Tony Stark / Iron Man in the cinema, has been for some time now one of SpeedKore's most celebrated customers, who also built for him a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro and a 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302. However, now the actor was looking for something more European, but maintaining this classic philosophy.

The result is this spectacular BMW 3.0 CS which, unlike other SpeedKore creations, retains its original steel body, in fact its appearance remains quite understated. However, carbon fiber, the identity password in the company's work, continues to be very present in areas such as its new bumpers.

Brembo brakes

Likewise, other small details that make the model unique are, for example, the waist line that runs through the entire car made of wood, and certain details in the titanium gray hue. There is also a new custom rear spoiler, alloy wheels signed by HRE and fitted with Pirelli P Zero tires, accompanied by a Brembo brake system with six-piston calipers at the front and four at the rear.

The SpeedKore also left its touch on the interior, where an elegant cabin appears created by specialists from Gabe’s Custom Interiors that combines a coffee-colored leather upholstery with a gray wood panel and steering wheel. A more elegant and exclusive look that combines with an infotainment system with a hidden touch screen. The rear seats were also removed and replaced by an additional compartment that includes a matching set of luggage.

In relation to the engine, and being accustomed to creations that exceed the figure of 1,000 hp with ease, perhaps a 6-cylinder engine with just over 300 hp may seem a little scarce. SpeedKore declined to go into details, but it is said that it inherited the engine of a BMW M5 E34, which means standing before a 3.5-liter block with a power of 315 hp and 360 Nm, coupled with a 4-speed automatic transmission. . However, it looks like there will be no need for more power in this elegant classic BMW, whose weight is around 1,200 kg.
