NEW HOLLAND

THE NEW MINI LOADER SERIES 300 OF THE BRAND

Always innovating and with a complete line of machines, New Holland Construction, a CNH Industrial brand that celebrates 70 years of Brazil in 2020, brings to the country the new 300 Series of mini loaders. Customers from agriculture to construction now have a cabin with repositioned controls and a new design, improving the interface and operator comfort.
The advanced technology of the 300 Series includes the exclusive Super Boom lifting technology, suspension seat and three operating controls - hand control, foot control and joystick, resulting in gains in ergonomics and making the performance of compact machines, which was already high, even bigger.
The developments confirm the pioneering spirit of New Holland Construction, present since 1972 in the segment, with more than 260 thousand skid steers produced.
“In this new generation, we apply solutions that help to get the job done efficiently, maximizing the potential of each type of application,” says Esio Dinis, Product Marketing Specialist at New Holland Construction. “The 300 Series achieves these results through improvements focused on the customer, in addition to a wide package of implements available. Our skid steer loaders represent the ideal solution in restricted spaces, combining high performance and safety ”.
The 300 Series arrives in Brazil in four models - L318, L320, L325 and L330, from 60 to 90 hp of power, operational capacity from 818 kg to 1,360 kg and breakout force from 24.7 to 38.3 kN.
“The new models maintain the strength attributes of the previous ones, offering better internal ergonomics and gains in the main external characteristics, with greater visibility, whatever the need for use”, explains Giovanni Borgonovo, Marketing manager at New Holland Construction.

Safety and ease of daily operation
Access to the cabin is made on a low profile step, reinforcing accessibility regardless of the operator's biotype. The cabin interface brings new features, such as new joysticks with easy-to-activate buttons, new switches on the side panels, new air ducts, cup holders, location of the USB and auxiliary ports. In addition, there is a new engine start system, with a rotary switch, more intuitive. ROPs / FOPs certifications protect the cab from overturning and falling objects.
Externally, the 300 Series design features a new set of service lights on the upper front. Halogen lights expand visibility to facilitate load positioning and maneuverability. On the L325 and L330 models, the Heavy Duty tailgate is standard.
The larger bucket closing angle results in better material retention. Low-profile wheels improve durability and help reduce noise. In addition, the longest wheelbase in the category distributes the center of gravity in a balanced way, ensuring control and traction during lifting and transport tasks. The high exit angle ensures easy movement on sloping terrain.

Super Boom ensures discharge height and reach and stability
The operator also has an exclusive resource for loading goods, transporting materials, opening trenches, leveling and cleaning land, among other applications. The 300 Series Super Boom vertical cinematic arm ensures discharge height and reach and stability. As the arm rises, it moves the load forward and not back, resulting in greater reach and heights that allow unloading in places where the others cannot reach, such as in the middle of a truck's high bucket, for example.
The low and high operating flow auxiliary line offers hydraulic flow to suit any type of implement.
In the engine compartment, a new insulation of the wiring reinforced the electrical and thermal shielding, for operations in which there is an accumulation of water or dust. Access to the engine is easy, with the rear door of the mini loader opening to easily identify maintenance points such as oil dipstick, hydraulic and engine oil cooler and coolant tank. Battery maintenance is also simplified.

Pioneer trajectory in the segment
48 years ago, New Holland Construction started production of skid steers at the Grand Island plant in Nebraska, United States. The equipment then went on to be produced in Belleville, Pennsylvania. Since 2002 they have been manufactured in Wichita, Kansas, also in the USA.
The brand's skid steer loaders represent a solution, recognized worldwide, for restricted space applications that require high performance equipment.
