MERCEDES-BENZ

MB E53 COUPE BY RODSPEED

A few days ago, Mercedes-Benz introduced the new generation of its E Class Coupe and Cabrio. A debut that in fact arrived accompanied by a Mercedes-AMG E 53 with a 435 hp engine and 520 Nm of maximum torque and a redesign especially of its front, which now has the famous Panamerican grille and new design headlights, among many other news.
However, and although the changes seem subtle at first, it may be that for some the Mercedes-AMG E 53 of the previous generation continues to look more elegant and attractive. Especially with the style that RodSpeed applied to this unit.

This preparer located in Miami brings a proposal that although it does not seem to have changed the German coupe much, it manages to touch up the necessary details to give it an aspect that draws a lot of attention.

Perhaps the most evident are its new black Vossen Hybrid Forged HF-2 wheels, which together with its shiny metallic or copper orange body, although with areas like much of the grille painted black and completely integrated with the headlights also darkened , they can give the car a different look than any other AMG and in fact it fits very well with the colorful Miami environment.
In addition to this collaboration between RodSpeed and the wheel manufacturer Vossen, there is no information about possible mechanical improvements.

Remembering that this Mercedes-AMG E 53 Coupe has a 3.0-liter turbocharged 6-cylinder engine, accompanied by the hybrid EQ Boost technology and offers a power of 435 hp and 520 Nm of maximum torque, in addition to an acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.3 seconds and a top speed of 250 km / h.
