THE LOW COST SUV OF THE ITALIAN-CHINESE BRAND

The line of the DR Automobiles brand was enriched this week with the incorporation of a new member. It is the new F35, a compact SUV that takes the Chery Tiggo7 as a starting point and which will go on sale in Italy in the coming weeks.
As usual, the Italian brand has made important aesthetic changes to the Chinese model, achieving a renewed and attractive image, which will certainly not leave anyone indifferent. At the front, a new grille and bumper debut, which include aluminum protectors at the bottom.
At the rear, no relevant news was introduced, other than a slightly redesigned bumper. Its exterior aesthetics are completed with attractive 19-inch alloy wheels and an airfoil over the rear cover.





The interior stands out for its manufacturing quality, far superior to what the brand usually offers. It makes extensive use of padded plastics, with adjustments and trims that can transmit a good feeling.
Regarding the equipment, this is where the new DR F35 will shine, since the standard endowment of this compact crossover will be quite complete. Everyone in Europe will use an infotainment system with a 9.0-inch touchscreen, which incorporates compatibility with the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto systems, integrated navigation and rear-view camera.



In addition, it has automatic climate control, electric handbrake, keyless access, button start, thermal electric mirrors with adjustment and folding, configurable digital instrumentation, sunroof, leather upholstery, etc.



On the mechanical side, everything will revolve around a 1.5 Acteco gasoline engine, a turbocharged block that develops 156 hp of power and a maximum torque of 230 Nm, which will also be available adapted to the LPG. It appears coupled to a six-speed manual transmission, or an automatic with an equal number of ratios and always with simple traction to the front axle.
Prices in Italy start at 21,000 euros.
