NISSAN

Company ready to unveil new-generation Juke
However, Juke has lived in other parts of the world and now Nissan is ready to launch a new European-designed generation, recently testing a trio of prototypes at Millbrook, England - an independent automotive testing facility.
The camouflage was quite extensive, but a few details could be gleaned beyond the blatant Nissan signature V-Motion Grille (much larger than on the last model in North America) - the swooping roofline of its predecessor and the low-profile windows, for example . The rear doors again seem to have the exterior handles mounted adjacent to the windows.
It also seems to have the front end light array of the original, with brow turn signals and running lights over large round headlights. Fog lights seemed to have migrated further to the corners of the bumper, located similarly to the units on the Juke Nismo concept.
The taillights seem to be more traditional horizontal units wrapping around the fender, distancing themselves from the boomerang units of the last Juke.

Nissan released a few details about the vehicle - it's larger than the previous generation to provide a roomier cabin, runs on 19-inch alloy wheels, will be fitted with Nissan's ProPilot semi-autonomous system (which needs front and rear cameras), and will be equipped to be a leader in connectivity, in keeping to vehicle occupant needs and wants.
The new Juke is due to be unveiled at the beginning of September, just ahead of the IAA in Frankfurt in the middle of September.
