Ghosn Case: The Real Story
Once again a chapter of the novel Renault-Nissan was written days ago with the new prison of Carlos Ghosn. Today he was removed from the board of directors of the Japanese automaker.
It all began last year when Japanese court found him guilty of evading income, after which more charges have surfaced and now this year the executive has already racked up three charges in that country's courts.

In today's corporate world with all the technological management apparatus and routinely audited internal management policies it is difficult to imagine that a person has central control of any or all decisions of the direction of a multinational, for example, the president with all his power management can not go over the high dome of a company-even because even with all this power he is also a subordinate.
Many analysts say that Ghosn's mistake was that he had not prepared a successor, and that left Nissan's top management worried that Renault would be in the foreground in the future and Nissan as a kind of 'second partner'...Analysts believe that this was the fuse to arm this plot.
