Cars now talk to motorcycles.

Ducati, which belongs to the Volkswagen Group and is directly controlled by Audi, introduced Safety Road Map 2025, which passes through the Vehicle-to-Vehicle Communication System, with potential for two-wheeled vehicles to communicate with four-wheeled vehicles . The technology demonstrated by Ducati at CES is in line with what was developed with Audi and Qualcomm to accept the C-V2X communication technology.
The solution implies that all vehicles can communicate with each other, sharing intentions and thus avoiding accidents. Starting from a Ducati Multistrada 1260 and a fleet of Audi vehicles equipped with C-V2X technology, the Italian motorcycle brand proved that information exchange will reduce the number of accidents and, more than that, the likelihood of such accidents occur.
