HONDA

The brand's new 125cc futuristic concepts

From the current CB125R Neo Sports Café, Honda developed and presented at EICMA two interesting prototypes with bold and futuristic design to recall the concepts developed by Husqvarna in its models Svartpilen and Vitpilen.Designed by the Honda Research & Development Center in Rome, the prototypes featured on Honda's satnd in EICMA followed two distinct configurations but within a common futuristic line.
The first dubbed the CB125X with an on / off configuration of a small trail, it was fitted with 17 "rear and 19" spoke radii at the front and with mixed-floor tires developed by Continental.

The CB125X was fitted with a high-end enduro type handlebar, inverted gold-finish suspensions and front and rear disc brakes with Nissin calipers.

With carbon shield and exhaust protection signed by SC Project, the CB125X included instrumentation with TFT panel and LED lights.Of a beautiful aesthetic effect, rear raised and clean as in a cross-country bike, and with a totally white decoration with gray details, this small futuristic trail attracted attention from the media and the general public.

The second developed in a "supermotard" concept, dubbed CB125M, also of hyper futuristic lines, with a raised rear section that ends in a LED light integrated under the seat and in the extension of the wing, unlike its "sister "X M version mounts alloy wheels and slick tires.

The exhaust was also developed by the SC Project and the front TFT information set and flat handlebar with hand guards and inverted front suspension, give a very aggressive look to this small urban supermotard. Two design exercises that may very well be coming soon given the interest they have generated around them. We will be attentive to further developments on the part of Honda of this new and very appealing concepts.
