VOLKSWAGEN GOL AND VOYAGE TO PROVIDE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
Volkswagen continues to accelerate the pace of launches in the Brazilian market. Now, the brand focuses its focus on increasing its participation in the segment of automatic vehicles. After launching the Golf and Golf Variant (available exclusively with automatic transmission), Volkswagen presents Gol and Voyage with automatic transmission. It is the first time that both models rely on this type of transmission.Gol and Voyage with automatic transmission arrive on the market in July as part of the 2019 line of models. They are part of the list of 20 launches planned for 2020, within the concept of Nova Volkswagen and the largest product offensive in the company's history in Brazil, as a result of investments of R $ 7 billion in the country by 2020.Another novelty is the application of the propellant 1.6 of the EA211 family, with up to 120 hp (the same one used in the MSI Polo and the Virtus MSI). This engine is associated in Gol and Voyage 2019 with the six-speed automatic transmission with torque converter, which guarantees comfort and practicality in the traffic without giving up the robustness and the efficiency in the shifting of gears.

Continuing the simplification of the offer of versions, Gol and Voyage 2019 arrive available in a single version of finish. Thus, Line 2019 offers three engine options and two transmission options: 1.0 (84 hp) and 1.6 (104 hp) with five-speed manual transmission and 1.6 MSI (120 hp) with automatic transmission. The automatic transmission configurations come in to meet a variety of market demands, ranging from customers looking for value for money and comfort to fleet owners and people with disabilities (PCD).The models have a three year factory warranty with no mileage limit and are offered in five colors: three solid (Crystal White, Black Ninja and Red Flash) and two metallic (Sirius Silver and Platinum Gray).
