CROSSBACK NEW PICS FLIP BEFORE TIME
The PSA Group's luxury-oriented brand is already very close to launching the successor to the veteran DS 3. However, as already announced, the small model of DS Automobiles will be replaced by a crossover that will carry the name DS 3 Crossback .
Thus, the smallest DS model will no longer compete with the MINI hatchback, but rather with the compact crossovers of premium brands such as the Audi Q2 and MINI Countryman. Although the French manufacturer has not yet released any details about this new model, the first leaked images of the patent registry allow to appreciate the profile of the new crossover that DS will launch in the coming months, in addition to the format that will have its interior.

In these first images it is possible to notice that the new DS 3 Crossback inherited some traces of the DS 7 Crossback, while conserving one of the main watermarks of the previous model, since it has the characteristic B-shaped pillar B of while in the rear highlights the floating design ceiling, a design feature that is already a bit old-fashioned, after being explored by a plethora of models over the last few years.

Inside is the floating style display screen of the infotainment system located in the center console and its panel covered with frames that follow a diamond pattern.

For now, the images do not allow to appreciate more details, but we know that the new DS 3 Crossback will be one of the innovations that the manufacturer will take to the Salon de Paris 2018, that will be celebrated during the next month of October. So, for now all that remains is to wait for the first information and official images of this model that will probably become the best seller of the French brand in the coming years.
