FORD LAUNCHES IN BRAZIL OMNICRAFT, NEW GLOBAL PART BRAND
Ford launches in Brazil Omnicraft, the new global brand of automotive parts to serve vehicles from other manufacturers in the aftermarket. The goal is to offer owners of vehicles of other brands parts with high quality, convenience and competitive price, with the seal of the Ford and Motorcraft brands.Omnicraft arrives in the Brazilian market with the most frequently used products: brake discs and brake pads, air, oil, fuel and cabin filters sold at around 400 Ford dealers in Brazil. The line will be progressively expanded and should reach 13 items by the end of the year. The brand was launched in 2017 in the North American and European markets and continues to expand around the world."In the markets where it has already been launched, Omnicraft has been well received by both Ford dealers and independent repairers as well as by consumers," says Jose Llanos, Ford Post-Sales Director. "Its advantage is to give car owners of all brands access to high quality parts with convenience and competitive price, with Ford's seal."According to him, the Omnicraft line of parts also contributes to the strengthening of the network business, expanding its relationship and partnership as a sales channel for independent repairers."Having parts with quality and versatility is important for the repairer to be able to perform their service efficiently and productively, without reworking," the executive adds. "Omnicraft is more of a Ford family novelty on the market and should consolidate itself as a great choice for the purchase of multi-brand parts."
New website
With the launch of Omnicraft, Ford has redesigned the Motorcraft Repairer site, renamed the Ford Repairer - www.reparadorford.com and will be available starting tomorrow, covering both brands: Motorcraft and Omnicraft.
In addition to all the content already offered in Motorcraft Repairer, such as consulting and downloading technical vehicle tips, electronic injection book and promotions, the new site brings institutional information and the brand's product line. At the same time, it was made a restyling that facilitates the navigation and the search for the desired items.
